How information moves from an audit request to an agreed audit.
On this website
The request form uses your details only to prepare an email message locally in your browser. The website itself does not transmit, store, or persist the form contents. It does not upload or store slide decks, create accounts, run advertising trackers, or set analytics cookies.
Your browser may offer its own autofill. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and Vercel may retain ordinary web request logs for security and reliability.
When you send the email
Your email application opens with the request prepared. You attach your PDF or PPTX course material yourself and choose whether to send it. Once sent, your request and attachments are handled through normal email, including your email provider and Stale’s email provider.
We use your contact details to respond and review submitted material to scope the audit, estimate pricing, and propose turnaround. Sending a request does not start Claude processing.
When an audit is agreed
Claude processing occurs only after the audit scope and pricing have been agreed. When performing the audit, relevant course content may be sent to Anthropic’s API. Stale also accesses public primary sources to verify evidence.
Anthropic’s handling of API data is governed by its applicable terms and privacy policy. We do not promise confidentiality or security beyond the arrangements actually agreed for your audit.
Reports and material
Customer reports are private unless explicitly agreed otherwise. The public example reports demonstrate Stale’s output; requesting an audit does not give permission to publish your material or report.
Contact us to discuss handling, retention, or deletion of emailed material before sending sensitive content. Stale does not sell personal information.
