Requests and quotes

Submitting an audit request does not create a purchase. Stale reviews the material and scope first. Pricing, scope, and estimated turnaround are agreed separately before processing begins.

No audit starts merely because a request email was sent. We run the audit only after you accept the quote and the agreed scope.

Your course material

Send only material you are entitled to share for the audit. Let us know any handling requirements before sending confidential content. Relevant course content may be processed through Anthropic’s API after agreement, as described in our privacy policy.

Customer reports remain private unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Delivery arrangements are agreed with the quote.

Reviewing findings

Stale backs delivered findings with verified evidence, but reports support rather than replace professional judgment. Qualified educators or other appropriate professionals should review the final findings and cited sources before changing teaching material, academic policy, or security practices.

Public examples

Public audit reports are informational demonstrations of Stale’s output. They do not establish customer adoption or guarantee identical findings, results, or turnaround for another course.
